  1. Coarsely chop the tomatoes.
    Saute the mash or grated garlic in olive oil.
    Add the chopped tomatoes, salt to taste, and cook for 15 minutes.

  6. Coarsely chop 4-5 fresh basil leaves.
    Add the al dente cooked spaghetti pasta to the sauce, and mix gently.

    Ready to serve.
    Sprinkle the top with the toasted breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese.
