Heat oil in a pan
and add cumin seeds. Once they start to sizzle, add the chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Cook until the onions turn golden brown.
Add the chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
Cook until the tomatoes are mushy and the oil starts to separate from the masala.
Add the green peas and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
