This week I gave Jamie Oliver’s Yorkshire Pudding Recipe a try.
Preheat the oven to 225 °C (425 °F).
In a cupcake tin pour 2 cm of oil into first 3 compartments.
Pour oil evenly to all compartments.
Place the tin into preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, so the oil gets really hot.
Meanwhile make the batter.
Beat the eggs with the flour, milk and salt to taste.
Pour the batter into a measuring jar for easiest pouring into tin.
Carefully take out the hot tray from the oven.
Confidently and evenly pour the batter into compartments.
Place the tin back into the oven for another 12 to 15 minutes, or until risen and golden.
Serve az a side dish with saucy or gravy meats.
