How to make tiramisu ice cream
First you need to work together the egg yolks and sugar until you get a frothy mixture, then you need to whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then add the cream, the mascarpone, always mixing gently from top to bottom.
Finally, the coffee, the rum and the ladyfingers cut into small pieces must be added, before placing everything in the freezer. When the ice cream becomes ice cream, after about five hours, it can finally be enjoyed in all its splendor.

Start by separating the yolks from the whites and mixing the yolks with the sugar, until you get a rather frothy mixture.
Beat the egg whites until stiff together with a pinch of salt and add to the lightly whipped double cream and mascarpone. Mix gently with the mixture of egg yolks and sugar.
Prepare the coffee, let it cool and add a little water and rum. Soak the ladyfingers into coffee and cut them into small pieces.
Add the small pieces of ladyfingers to the cream and put in the freezer for at least five hours.
