How To Make Cauliflower Roll With Cream Cheese (Video)

I think all of us we paid a little too much attention to the meals and sometimes i think not just just little, but it is too much attention.

How to prepare this recipe

So we decided to change methods, maybe I mentioned this before, and since we don’t have often breakfast, we started to plan breakfast, lunch and dinner for at least two weeks in advance. 

We purchase both in bulk and at the shopping list level. This means that we sit down and choose the meals (we prepare two types of breakfast and lunches and 3 types of dinner for a week).

Instructions

  1. Throw the cauliflower florets and grated cheese into a food processor and process them for approx. 1 minute. 

  2. Pour the processed cauliflower and cheese into a bowl and add all the other ingredients.

  3. Mix well and put the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. 

  4. Distribute evenly until you get a nice even surface and it fills the baking tray.

  5. Place in a preheated oven to 180°C (356 °F) for 20 minutes. 

  6. Meanwhile, chop the bell pepper to bite size and throw it into a bowl together with the ingredients of the filling, then mix well.

  7. As soon as the roll baking is done, let it cool down for a few minutes, then distribute the filling evenly over the roll’s surface.

  8. Use the baking paper to make a roll along the lengthwise side.

  9. In principle, it can be consumed immediately, but better if you put it in the fridge for 1 hour. 

  10. After one hour you can slice and serve with slice of bread and/or your favourite salad.
